1. About Terms and Conditions
This agreement is made in the light of the service and the orders provided by the website to the user. Customers have to abide by the terms of the service and follow the agreement as of the customer’s service activation date. This is done to provide a framework that will govern customers' purchases of ZynoHost services from third parties. ZynoHost reserves the right to reject any additional terms and conditions included in the customer's form if they differ from the set maintained by ZynoHost in service descriptions, orders, or any other point in the terms of service.
2. Customer Agreement
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the safety of the website by not displaying any materials on the web.
- Customers will not break, infringe, contravene, or violate any of the Indian laws or regulations.
- Users should not break or infringe ZynoHost’s intellectual property rights or any of the third-party rights.
- Customers should not use any defamatory or libelous statements.
- Should not be threatening other users on the web or any harassing work.
- Users should not be discriminated against based on gender, age, or race, and do not promote fate.
- Customers should not violate any policy that is told and posted on the website.
- The system that the customers use should be virus-free so that it should not bring any damage to ZynoHost or any of the third parties.
3. Usages of VPN
The use of a VPN (virtual Private Network) on our platform is strictly prohibited. If customers find themselves purchasing any server or hosting plan using the VPN, ZynoHost will suspend or terminate the customer account without providing a refund.
4. Unsolicited Commercial E-mail/Unsolicited bulk E-mail (SPAM)
- On our server or hosting plan, unsolicited commercial email and bulk email are strictly prohibited.
- Violation of our spam policy will result in various other penalties.
- If any of the users are found to have violated our spam policy, we take strict action immediately like suspending or terminating the guilty hosting account.
- The customer should not use the services for sending and creating worms, internet viruses or Trojan horses. Also, not for flooding, male bonding, pinging, or any denial-in-service attacks are prohibited. Any destructive service carried on by the customer can result in the suspension or termination of their account.
5. Bandwidth
When the user account exceeds the bandwidth limit, we will send a notification to every user. If the user does not need to purchase additional bandwidth or upgrade the service in order to continue exceeding their limit, the account will be suspended until the user takes steps to ensure that the limit is not exceeded again, or until the account is upgraded, whichever comes first. The account would be reactivated within the following month.
6. Uptime Guarantee
In case of any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by ZynoHost, our network providers will not be counted towards the uptime guarantee. ZynoHost is not liable or responsible in any way for the failure of third-party services. Third-party services’ responsibilities fall onto the customer, and ZynoHost will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its respective obligations. in case such failure or delay is caused due to certain circumstances that are beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of any governmental body, war, fire, embargo, rebellion, sabotage, flood, strike, or any other labour disturbance. delay in unavailability, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third-party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third-party software or hardware, or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for the provision of the services.
Servers down by firewalls caused by unauthorised access, failed login attempts, or an excessive number of connections from the customer’s IP will not be covered in the uptime guarantee. In the event of a disaster, this will not be covered.
7. Account Termination
At ZynoHost, your hosting account will be terminated for the following reasons:

8. Modifications to Terms
ZynoHost reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
